1. Service Scope and License

RowaQR provides software tools for scanning, creating, formatting, and transferring QR codes, barcodes, and files.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal and legitimate business use.

2. Prohibited and Abusive Conduct

You may NOT use the service to generate QR codes leading to malware, phishing schemes, unauthorized credential capture, or fraudulent websites.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring they possess necessary rights and licenses for any corporate logos embedded into QR codes.

3. Subscriptions and In-App Billing

RowaQR Pro subscriptions are billed and managed via Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the conclusion of the active billing period.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

While RowaQR strives for high precision in threat scoring and barcode catalogs, all services and data lookups are provided on an "as-is" basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability.
