Option 1: Instant In-App Deletion

1Open the RowaQR app on your mobile device.
2Tap the "Settings" tab on the bottom navigation bar.
3Navigate to "Account & Security".
4Tap "Permanently Delete My Account and All Data" at the bottom of the screen.
5Confirm the prompt. All your local history, saved folders, and cloud credentials will be immediately wiped.

Option 2: Web Deletion Request Form

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access your mobile device, please provide your registered email below to submit a verified permanent deletion request.

What Data Is Permanently Purged?

Account identity, registered email, and authentication hashes
All saved custom QR code designs, uploaded logos, and styling preferences
Complete scan history, recognized barcodes, and custom folders
Active QR-Drop transfer sessions and ephemeral transfer cache
Session tokens (JWT), notification endpoints, and user preferences

Data Retention and Compliance Period

Upon request submission, account access is terminated immediately. System logs necessary for fraud prevention and legal compliance obligations are strictly purged across all backup instances within 30 days.
